Steven Garrett Graby, of Washington Borough, Lancaster County has been identified as the man found in the debris at the construction site by the Franklin County coroner's office.
The collapse happened at a construction project on the company's campus at 1000 Garber Road in Guilford Township on Tuesday, August 30, around 2:15 p.m., according to dispatch.
Multiple concrete walls collapsed and although initially it was reported that a Martin's employee was missing, crews on the scene later clarified dogs where been used to locate a contractor working on the construction was "unaccounted for."
Graby was found dead in the debris at 9:45 p.m. according to Pennsylvania State Trooper Megan Frazer.
He was an employee of the Structural Steel Erectors Division of High Industries, contracted by Wolhsen Construction who was managing the construction of the building which is meant to house a new bakery line, authorities say.
York, Cumberland, and Washington counties' emergency services were called to the scene and traffic was delayed in the area for hours.
No other injuries were reported.
Pennsylvania state police continue to investigate the deadly collapse.
